This individual will leverage strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as expertise in Affiliate, Direct, CPA, CPM, Site Conversion, SEM, SEO and e-mail marketing.

We’re looking for a heavy-hitter, someone who has managed teams, is dialed into direct acquisition networks and, more importantly, their publishers. Experience with social media advertising is a plus. The ability to adapt quickly and multi task will be keys to success for this position. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic individual to get involved with essential aspects of marketing for a major Internet brand(s).

Required Skills:
  • Ability to manage a large online direct marketing budget
  • Ability to lead a team of experienced marketers
  • Work with senior management on strategic and tactical executions of all aspects of online marketing
  • Proven ability to create new and maintain existing relationships with 3rd party marketing organizations
  • Experience in online direct response marketing
  • Knowledge of MS office software: Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with site analytic tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a high energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to think creatively for solutions to challenges with a willingness to test multiple solutions for the best results
  • Strong analytical mindset- Ability to analyze and quantify strategic decisions for the marketing department
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead Search Engine Marketing
  • Lead Partner Channel Marketing
  • Lead Affiliate Marketing (Direct, White Label, Strategic Partnerships)
  • Lead and drive optimization vision from ad CTR through the conversion funnel
  • Bring the analysis and identification of opportunity areas to all areas of marketing operations
  • Lead Online Product Development supporting ALL Online initiatives
  • Work with SEM team, SEO team and Partner Channel Team to grow online presence
  • Work with International online marketing team to leverage and develop best practices
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Management and Product Development teams
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant Online Marketing experience
  • Minimum of 7 years management experience
  • Minimum of 4 years P&L experience
  • Online Product Development and Product Management Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred
