Computer Based Training Programmer:
Successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of C#, LINQ/SQL, and Web Applications as well as ample experience in Windows.NET/C#, ASP.NET, and SQL computer language. This individual will establish team protocols and standards for use by the rest of the IPT. The candidate chosen for this position will serve as the lead CBT programmer for a team authoring interactive computer based training for a variety of P-8 Poseidon customers.
It is essential that the candidate possess strong self-discipline to prioritize and accomplish their work within defined timelines, good communication skills to explain the impacts of their work to stakeholders with less technical knowledge, and the ability to constantly seek and implement innovations that make the team more efficient.

A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
