As the Digital Strategy Manager you will work closely with key business areas to develop deep understanding of competitive issues, create digital strategies for change, secure clients’ buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen. Specific responsibilities include:
Partner closely with leaders in other areas of the organization to understand their strategies, goals, challenges and opportunities
Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, model creation and analysis, conduct primary and secondary research, creatively tackle information limitations, and surface insights
Provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Harness the team’s diversity to ensure the development of creative solutions to complex problems
Create Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA) for recommended solutions or partnership opportunities
Be comfortable managing mid-level executive client relationships and presenting at meetings to a range of audiences
Lead and deliver pilot projects
Lead cross-functional teams
Provide strategic thought leadership on digital opportunities that will drive Humana’s strategy forward

At least 5 years of experience in the digital marketing field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
Maintain focus on strategic objectives yet understand business needs
Effective communication with all levels of team and stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred, in a related field
- Experience in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder industry.
- Prior experience in a major management consulting firm.
