Job Summary The Database / Business Intelligence Administrator is responsible for providing operational database services to the organization. Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include owning, tracking and fulfilling requests and resolving issues within internal and external stakeholders and reviewing service related reports. This role requires a service oriented mentality, high sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned and establishing and maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep them updated with status of their requests. Position Type: Full Time Reports to: Director, Operations Responsibilities • Owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests • Creation " management of time stamped reports to internal and external stakeholders • Provide aggregation and analysis of report data • Provide timely query responses to internal and external stakeholders • Installation, creation and customization of new and existing applications to ensure applicability for desired purpose • Establish metrics and report outcomes • Advise users about the best approaches for their reporting needs • Meet deadlines and provide updates on progress • Document methods • Interact and consult on various projects within the organization.

Required Skills • Good interpersonal communication • Documentation skills for processes and procedures • Good Organizational abilities and time-management skills • Problem-solving skills • Multitasking • Ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing environment • Quality assurance skills Qualifications Summary • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) • Must have solid experience developing for MySQL (preferably 5.5). • Must be able to write and optimize queries that aggregates data sourced from multiple databases and tables. • Experience with dynamic scripting languages a plus. • Experience with Business Intelligence processes or tool suites is a plus.
