Post by Jobing - Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an A/R Clerk for a 2–3 month contract assignment. There’s a chance this position could turn into a contract to possible hire opportunity for the right candidate. Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and customer service support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate operations.Responsibilities: Match and prepare batches of invoices for data entry Enter payment information into system Look up small accounts through credit services to verify any credit discrepancies Contact customers when orders are shipped out Verify and/or take down credit card information for orders Other related duties as assignedRequirements: 3+ years of A/R experience required, with an additional 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred Working office experience in manufacturing/distribution industry would be helpful Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to pick up on new software quickly Good communication skills both written and verbal Must be a quick learner and willing to help out in other departments when neededPlease visit us on the web at http://www.frontlinesourcegroup.comEqual Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
