A Badgeville Producer:
Works with Sales in a Product Marketing capacity to help customers understand the nuances and benefits of implementing the Badgeville Platform
Works with customers to determine the best way to implement Badgeville into their site providing behavior, leveling and social game mechanic design and implementation recommendations
Creates SOW/Product/Project plans for each customer (including definition and roadmap rollout of behaviors/features)
Project manages customer implementations
Acts as communication Interface between customer and support /engineering
Provides feedback and support through design, development and live phases of project including:
Communication of best practices for successful implementation
Design, UI/UX observations
Analysis of key metrics through review of usage analytics
The ideal producer candidate has: 5+ Years of experience including:
Direct Social Game networking or community experience (in Design or Product Management)
A thorough understanding of Social Game Mechanics
Understanding of the analytics behind Social/ Free to play games
Customer facing experience (white label)
The ability to support sales in a product marketing/design capacity at the pre- engagement scope of work/ideation phase of an implementation
Understanding of the UI/UX needs of a product implementation and the ability to deal with customer objections/help with implementation
The ability to understand and communicate the high level technical aspects of the product to both the customer and to engineering
Project Management - Ability to drive to close and manage product through deployment and into live operation
