The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Management team.
Responsible for directing the fiscal functions of our global organization including long range planning, introduction of new programs, trends of the organization and strategic initiatives.
Functions include: financial accounting, budget preparation and oversight, external auditor relationships, tax planning and preparation, business analysis and reporting, information systems, credit and sales finance, treasury, and alignment of all domestic and international financial reporting systems and controls.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the organization's financial and administrative operations and performance.
Oversee the annual budget and monitor performance against budget.
Oversee the financial close process to meet internal, external and all regulatory reporting requirements.
Supervise the preparation of financial reporting to CEO, Executive Management, the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, and the company's majority shareholder
Act as the corporate risk officer including monitoring and reporting governmental regulatory compliance, such as compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
Support sales and business development process with customers.
Strong budgeting, planning and reporting skills, investor relations, and SEC experience.
Expert knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring activities and deal structuring
Must have high level of energy, enthusiasm and ethics; ability to maintain an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude within an established company environment; detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead change and establish a cohesive, responsive department.
Able to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred.
CPA designation
10+ years experience leading the fiancial functions of a public, global, high-tech organization.
