• Bachelor’s degree, preferably a business or technology related field or commensurate work experience

• 2 - 3 years experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements or business knowledge specific to theatre operations

• 3 - 6 years experience in IT-related positions

• Displays ability to effectively communicate at various levels with business partners, team members, vendors, technical and non-technical resources, etc. Able to ensure the business vision and requirements expected can be internalized and understood by a wide variety of people

• Displays ability to effectively lead meetings, ask probing questions to confirm and validate, listen and understand various points of view and deal with conflict

• Displays ability to mentor others, provide guidance and feedback and help influence positive results

• Ability to participate in or lead problem solving discussions and activities to help ensure end results stay in sync with business goals and requirements

• Document business requirements in a clear and concise manner, then translate these requirements into functional designs that can be used by other technical project team members

• Proficient with technology to understand and assist with design, testing and on occasion support activities

• Possesses a bias for action and can work with imperfect or incomplete information

• Demonstrates a thorough and complete understanding of business goals and requirements, then diligently working to ensure entire team understands and remains on task
