Learning and Development Manager
Responsibilities:

: Help identify learning needs in the region. Total population includes 9 subsidiary companies and approximately 12,000 employees in the region. : Develop learning solutions to address the identified needs. Such solutions could be classroom training, e-Learning courses (or a combination), or non-training activities such as coaching, mentoring, facilitating team workout sessions and other interventions : Deliver training consistent with subsidiary needs and requests : Evaluate the effectiveness of training, and complete appropriate changes to content and delivery : Work with local and headquarters HR Team to set regional strategy and standardize the Learning & Development function in the region. : Serve as liaison with headquarters and help implement HQ initiatives in local and the North America region Qualifications/Education:

: Bachelor

's degree : 5 years experience in Learning and Development, including strategy, needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training; : Familiarity with e-Learning : Strong presentation and facilitation skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills : Helpful to have experience in Leadership, Management, and Supervisory training and skill development : Ability to travel, both domestic and international, 25-30%
