Sodexo is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for one of its Corporate Services accounts in Kentucky, just 1 hr or less from Cincinnati, OH.
This Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR including recruiting frontline employees, onboarding new hires, orientation, employee relations, performance management, processing background checks, benefits, payroll, training, coaching and counseling & maintaining employee files.
The position focuses on the Frontline (hourly) workforce for food service operations at a large manufacturing client account. Sodexo operates 6 onsite cafes & all catering services at this large facility, 2 shifts/day. The management team consists of 7 managers including the General Manager who is directly responsible for the entire account.

Drug Screen / Background Check required.
Handles basic human resource functions and administration for a single account/unit. May include payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. Position focuses on hourly workforce.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of HR experience
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
