This position will be responsible for developing hydraulic control systems for off-road and agricultural equipment. Duties: • Planning, designing, testing and documenting integrated hydraulic systems; • Developing kits to adapt the company’s systems to existing agricultural equipment; • Working with various OEM’s to ensure proper hydraulic system design; • Designing and advising on other hydraulic based force and drive systems; • Supporting the enhancements and changes to existing systems; • Troubleshooting electro/mechanical systems and advising on needed improvements. Experience : • 5+ years of experience working with and designing hydraulic systems on farming and/or off-road equipment; • Solid understanding of open center and closed center hydraulic systems; • 3D modeling and the ability to make production drawings; • Strong communication, organizational and Project Management skills.
