This position is responsible for the overall operation of a Branch/Sales and all of its activities. This includes the delivery of membership, Insurance, Automotive, Travel and Travel Agency. The Insurance/Branch Manager is accountable for achieving both quantitative and qualitative requirements by managing service activities of the assigned team. Position is responsible for achieving performance objectives, meeting member service objectives, ensuring the travel operations are accurate, efficient and in compliance with Club Standards through the development of an effective, high performing team. Position ensures understanding and compliance with standardized sales techniques and conducts associated training. Relocation assistance available.


BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience working in a sales environment preferred. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior relationships. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products. Must meet AAA NM acceptable drivers licensing criteria and AAA required auto insurance standards. Ability to obtain a NM Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
