We are currently seeking a Clinician II to join our Buckeye Outpatient team!

Functions as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment or case plans, assessment criteria and programmatic goals, objectives and activities. Provides clinical assessment. Develops treatment plans for clients in conjunction with team members. Performs intakes and psychosocial assessments of families and their individual members. Provides therapy and/or clinical case management for a full caseload of families, children, adolescents and/or adults. Conducts home visits as needed and case consultations with other agencies and organizations.

Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age, Master’s degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) plus two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience. Licensed or licensed eligible (LPC, LISW, LMFT) required.

Good academic and working knowledge of DSM IV, State SMI check list, Community Resources, Psychotropic Medications, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Methods and Procedures, Intervention Techniques and ability to apply same to possible unstable, treatment resistant adult/adolescent/child of various ethnic cultures for co-occurring disorders (GMH/SA/SMI). Knowledge and ability to function as a team, compile, organize and document client assessments, intervention techniques, treatments, case planning and follow-up. Ability to participate in setting and defining project goals, objectives and delivery of service modes, represent projects and actively participate in inter-agency, inter-disciplinary meetings. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, provide quality internal and external customer service skills to effectively dialogue with all contract and funding sources. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. Achieve and maintain Clinical Liaison status thru the appropriate RBHA.
