We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team of skilled professionals as a Route Service and Sales Representative at our Neenah, WI facility. This position is responsible for the delivery of Genuine Service Excellence to our customers. Specific duties include route distribution, customer inventory management and development of new accounts, and additional business with current customers.
- Making assigned, on-time deliveries efficiently as instructed by management and to the satisfaction of the customers.
- Respond quickly to customer requests, and utilize whatever resources are needed to solve the problem or meet the customer needs.
- Complete documentation as required.
- Perform sales activities as assigned by the company, including cold calls, proposals, trials, etc. with new prospects and existing customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers in achieving price and billing inquiries.
Driving experience is beneficial but not required; however candidates must have an exceptional driving record. Experience in sales is preferred.
