Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for the sale and marketing of products designed to treat acute, chronic, and burn-related wound within an assigned territory (treatments include dressings and ointments for severe burns). The role will focus marketing efforts towards acute and / or post acute facilities health care professionals in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and office-based practices.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop territory plan with District Manager
  • Attain territory sales goals utilizing sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships
  • Coordinate addition of products to hospital formularies, wound care facilities, and nursing home protocols utilizing provided sales collaterals
  • Inservice appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, wound care, nursing homes and closed door pharmacies to educate end users on the clinical benefits of products
  • Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
  • Conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups
  • Generate use of products by educating customers with provided sales collaterals
  • Penetrate target accounts and devote adequate sales time to each product

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor

's degree from 4-year college or university Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience is required Prior wound care sales experience a plus Prior Business-to-Business sales experience a plus Compensation information Base salary 70-85K + Quarterly Commission Company Car and Gas Card + Expenses provided Medical, Dental, 401K, Holiday / Sick/ Vacation pay
