SAP HCM Analyst with 5-7 years of SAP HCM experience and with a working knowledge of the following HCM modules; PA (multiple countries), OM, TM, Benefits, Basic Payroll.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:
Configuration experience across the multiple SAP HCM modules including understanding of Personnel Administration:
Configuration of Personnel Actions and dynamic actions; thorough understanding of the enterprise and personnel structures
Organizational Management: Creation of organizational objects and deep understanding of their associated relationships
Time Management: Configuration of work schedules, absence quotas and understanding of time evaluation rules for absence quota generation
Benefits: Configuration of benefit plans and pricing; interfaces to 3rd party benefit providers; open enrollment experience via ESS / SAP GUI
Payroll: Configuration of payroll areas, understand payroll control record process, and interface capabilities with ADP
- MSS/ESS: Overall understanding of hire to retire; transfer; terminate processes through Adobe Forms
Overall understanding of HCM and R3 integration points including FICO interfaces
Working knowledge of Hire to Retire processes for a large, glabal organization - including interfaces to 3rd part apps;and 3rd party benefits provider
AM Production Support experience required
Change Management experience required
Business / SAP HR functional analytical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Distributed delivery experience
ITIL certification preferred
