Responsible for designing, documenting, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining a Data Warehouse and BI/analytic services and applications and interfaces using Microsoft's .NET Framework, SQL Server, and other applicable tools. The position requires prior experience with Web Applications, Web Services and SQL Server development and administration. Significant experience with design, development and maintenance of enterprise level data systems such as SQL Server with ability to design and build complex relational databases, data warehouses, data marts and cubes.

• Manage logical, physical and dimensional modeling / database design
• Create accurate data modeling reflecting user requirements
• Perform systems interfacing
• Develop physical databases meeting performance requirements
• Define strategies for database implementation
• Develop physical data warehouses, marts, cubes meeting performance requirements
• Define strategies for data warehouses, marts, cube implementation
• Define and implements processes for extracting and loading data
• Develop data management policies and standards
• Develop test criteria
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
• Technical leadership to database and systems development group

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Information Science, Computer Science, Electronics, or in a field related to the job, or equivalent offsetting practical work experience
• Minimum of 5 years functional experience within an IT environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a delivery role
• Minimum of 5 years knowledge of designing different processes/solutions for various clients
• Five (5) years experience working in a business process/systems analysis environment one (1) of which was in a supervisory or two (2) in a lead capacity
• Thorough knowledge of design and integration principles for complex, heterogeneous databases
• Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure
• Ability to evaluate and make recommendations regarding data integrity
• Ability to develop methods of ensuring data incompatibilities among systems are systematically eliminated
• Ability to project database resource requirements including personnel, software, equipment and facilities. Ability to remain current on tools, methodologies, and technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management and resources staff
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus
• Experience with C# or VB.NET and ASP.NET within the .NET framework
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
• Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
Typical Physical Demands:
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting of up to 25lbs. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
