Group, the Mobile Marketing Leader will be responsible for enabling AstraZeneca's sales force, non-personal promotion, and DTC mobile capabilities; as well as directing brand mobile marketing strategies. This includes leading the deployment of mobile marketing technology platforms mobile capabilities, leading the development of new mobile services, and defining related business processes and requirements.

Major Responsibilities
B2B, B2C, and B2S(Sales) Mobile Marketing

* Guide sales force mobile enablement planning, development and execution. Conceive and operationalize new or optimized mobile marketing capabilities that meet stated goals of the business. This includes, but is not limited to mobile web optimization, public apps for HCPs and Patients, and enterprise apps for the Sales Force.
* Oversee communications to Brand teams related to B2B, B2C, and B2S mobile strategy and enablement
* Closely monitor channel analytics and provide insight based on results, both internally and to brand and portfolio clients
o Partner with Marketing Intelligence team to report metrics appropriately, and flag issues for internal stakeholders
o Analyze and report marketing performance; provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for best in class capabilities and services
* Guide communications to internal and external stakeholders on new capabilities and enhancements, and troubleshooting issues
* Lead mobile initiatives through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) process from conception through to execution

Channel Skills
* A understanding of Content Management Systems, SFA tools, Interactive Detailing, Mobile Web, HTML 5, and Mobile OS' with the ability to articulate purpose or value in each to brand and portfolio teams
* An understanding of interactive detailing, mobile web site, and mobile app development processes from design, development, deployment, and database integration

Leadership Skills
* Proven teamwork, coaching, and leadership experience while working with design, marketing, and technology teams
* The ability to lead and motivate people by embodying core team values
* Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
* The ability to plan and prioritize your own work and other people's

Project Management
* Manage multiple high-quality app development vendors
* Manage and/or coordinate with internal/external resources (IS, programmers, Internet Channel Managers) in executing established initiatives
* Research new technologies for continuous improvement of mobile capabilities

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical, commercial functions (sales and marketing)
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Project management experience
* Budget management
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated negotiation skills
* Excellent organization skills

Preferred Background:

* MBA or Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, strategy etc.)
* 5+ years experience in an environment with direct exposure and skills promoting the implementation of commercial platforms and capability building
* Proven background of dealing with multiple senior level executives and external partners to drive various initiative and programs
* Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, and prioritize their own work
