Senior Client Technologies Engineer

A full time position for a local hospital system, this person would be responsible for providing assistance in client/server software and hardware support and problem resolution. Will assist in selection of IS technology, provide high-quality C/S applications and network support requiring complex problem solving and analysis--including problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution. This person would interact with network services, server, application development and customer support to restore service and correct core problems.
The position is responsible for support of remote sites and provides 2nd and 3rd-level guidance/directions to the customer support center, computer operations, and applications staff.
Will install, configure, and troubleshoot devices and associated components. Assist in operating system activities including administration and direct server support of anti-virus software server, MS Security Patch server, and Client Asset Management and advanced software delivery staging and sector server.
Assists the Manager, Project Lead, and Lead engineers in researching, testing, evaluating, and recommending client HW, OS, and applications.
Citrix administration, creates batch files and scripting, MS Active Directory, various OS and applications, protocols, email, client admin and related HW and SW.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. MCSE or 2 certifications: A+ / CCNA, App support-EPIC, or MCP or working toward MCSE.

Client Technologies Analyst
A full time position for a local hospital system, this person would be responsible for providing assistance in client/server software and hardware support and problem resolution.
The position is responsible for support of remote sites and provides 2nd and 3rd-level guidance/directions to the customer support center, computer operations, and applications staff. Will install, configure, and troubleshoot client hardware such as workstations, laptops, printers, handheld devices including smart phones, micro computers and associated components. Installs, configures, and troubleshoots client operating systems and other application SW. Various networking protocols including push and pull technology such as imaging.
This position provides high quality and responsive client support and service by analyzing customer requests and performing problem determination. Interacts closely iwth other IT groups, applications, server and network to identify and resolve customer SW and HW issues.
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience and one other certification such as A+ , CCNA, App support-EPIC, or MCP.
