Title: Finance Director
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Basic Function:
Under the direction of the CFO, the successful candidate will have the leadership ability and vision to create, develop, execute and manage Finance strategy, planning, and reporting at Festival Foods.
Description of the Position:
This role will include, but not be limited to, the following key responsibilities:
Preparation of all budgets and forecasts for the company which include the 5-year Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecast Updates
Perform weekly cash flow forecasts
Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets
Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
Development KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting Dashboard
Lead and develop a Financial Planning and Analysis team
Maintain and develop relationships with the company’s bank
Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting
Requirements of the Position:
The successful Director of Finance applicant will possess the following requirements (required unless noted otherwise):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
10+ years of business experience with at least 3 years of forecasting, planning and analysis experience
CPA or MBA strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to be hands-on, dig into the numbers, improve processes and encourage business growth through analysis
