1. Vendor will be required to present Certificate of Malpractice Insurance (COI) as well as Tail Insurance (post contract/assignment coverage)
2. Need good physicians preferably with clinical research background.
3. Ideal Physician will come from an Internal Medicine, Family practice or Emergency Room; may consider anyone having worked as a Pediatrician.
4. Physician must be Board Eligible, out of training for less than one year.
