Posted Rate of Pay

$28,041 - $35,551 per year; DOE

Duties and Responsibilities

Data entry of police records, review electronic documents for errors, document imaging (scanning), maintaining and releasing records for criminal justice activities. Provide part time customer service at front desk; greet customers; answer multi-line telephones; receive and distribute mail; and process key requests.

DAYS AND SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM ¿ 5:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of a course of study equivalent to a high school diploma AND one year of experience in data entry, clerical support, or customer service; OR,
Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with: record keeping procedures and forms, law enforcement data entry automated system for input and retrieval with coded information; MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook); legal or public records keeping; telephone and customer service.
