This position is designed to provide support to the Regional Recruiters and Director of Talent Management. He/She will work closely with Cafe Management to ensure that the hiring process is handled in a timely manner while building relationships with applicants/candidates /external recruiters to provide a top notch recruitment experience.
Provide administrative support to Recruitment team.
Source candidates for Franchise operations positions.
Correspond with applicants/candidates and external recruiters on status of position.
Research improvements to Taleo hiring process in order to improve time to hire, reporting, and global compliance.
Coordinate interview schedule for Director of Talent Management/Sr. Director of Sales and Sr. Director of R&D
Creation of Support Center training schedules for new hires.
Partnership with MIT Coordinator to ensure departmental communication and accurate recruitment information.
Maintenance of Support Center talent pool and resume submissions.
Updating of Unit Manager list/ North America & European Organizational Charts/Weekly PAR Report/Quarterly People Report.
Maintain all transfers/terms and new hires in various reports & systems.
College studies/degree in related area.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR/recruitment environment.
Solid organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the desire to make a difference in the lives of interested applicants.
Exhibits a patient attitude with the desire to educate candidates on the brand.
Ability to multi-task, partner with internal and external personnel, and possesses a genuine desire to create win-win selection decisions.
