- This position is responsible for quality and productivity metrics as well as root cause analysis and assessment to ensure high quality customer service and results are provided to business partners, clients and customers. Additionally, this position is responsible for building and fostering relationships with matrix partners while driving towards issue resolution and establishing best practices.
- This position supports development, implementation and execution of enhancements to systems or services; and performs research and resolution of escalated customer issues as needed. Provides support to management as needed; provides input to staffing and expense reporting/projections; and completes Monthly Operating Reports.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferred
