Job Description

Assists with operations activities for a large region of the organization in compliance with the organization's and government policies. Reviews operations systems and procedures, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency. May supervise operations activities within a functional or multi-funictional area of the organization..- This position manages a multi-level team supporting the technical/business needs within Benefit Call Ready and Dentacom Benefit Build Production Services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to full management responsibility for a multifunctional unit; ensuring the ongoing support, training and development of staff; manages internal processes, establishing new processes and metrics as necessary and creates a positive workplace by exhibiting all of CIGNA's core values.
  • This position is responsible for quality and productivity metrics as well as root cause analysis and assessment to ensure high quality customer service and results are provided to business partners, clients and customers. Additionally, this position is responsible for building and fostering relationships with matrix partners while driving towards issue resolution and establishing best practices.
  • This position supports development, implementation and execution of enhancements to systems or services; and performs research and resolution of escalated customer issues as needed. Provides support to management as needed; provides input to staffing and expense reporting/projections; and completes Monthly Operating Reports.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferred
At least 2 years of management experience preferred
Experience managing a virtual team preferred
Experience managing complex operational work units.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Outstanding people assessment skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and able to develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals at various levels.
Strong communication skills; written, oral and listening skills.
Proven track record in driving and leading change.
Strong experience with inventory management required.
