  • Develop strategy for achieving commercial and dealer/licensee sales goals annually
  • Oversee and deliver annual budget and cost control
  • Continuously recruit, hire, and retain top tier sales talent
  • Ensure that all leads are maintained through the CRM
  • Lead team to greater productivity through monitoring, coaching, counseling and development of key leadership and selling skills
  • Work with Marketing to promote wholesale business through recruitment events and the development of all marketing collateral
  • Attend key trade shows that will result in executed agreements and increased sales
  • Oversee and monitor the development of a cold call process to build commercial sales
  • Assist direct reports in coaching their teams to become more efficient in closing sales
  • Deliver concise reports on a weekly/monthly and/or quarterly basis
  • Manage full P&L as it relates to both the commercial platform and the dealer/licensee group
Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated success in a commercial sales environment
  • Excellent organization, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in mentoring and constructive coaching skill set
  • Exemplary time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
