Ochsner Health System in New Orleans is searching for a Chair of the Department of Rheumatology. The successful candidate will be a strong clinician with leadership and management abilities. This position will include 20% protected administrative/research time with the majority of Chairman's time spent in clinical activities. Salary offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and training. The department includes six physician members who practice all aspects of Rheumatology including musculoskeletal ultrasound. Teaching and mentoring opportunities include involvement with our medical students, medicine residents, and four fellows in our two-year accredited fellowship training program.
