Cambridge Savings Bank is searching for a detailed-oriented consumer
lending professional to join our lending department. As a Loan Analyst,
you will be responsible for processing and closing all residential and
consumer loans. You will prepare residential and consumer loan closing
packages for the Bank’s closing agent and branch personnel and ensure a
smooth process from application to closing. You will provide assistance
to the loan officers by updating loan data for entry into the Bank’s
loan system and keep the loan officers and branch personnel informed of
the status and conditional requirements of the loans and loan
modifications.
Additionally, you will communicate key updates to
borrowers regarding loan condition requirements and loan status while
ensuring efficient turnaround times while managing your assigned
pipeline.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess a high school education along with a minimum of
two years experience as a loan processor or loan closer. Working
knowledge of MS Office along with exceptional communication (both
written and oral), customer service skills, and a thorough understanding
of lending procedures and regulations are required.
