Ensure the Tunista Bethel Office Complex and Health Clinic are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with personal hygiene items daily.
Collect and dispose of trash, replace liners
Vacuum all carpeting, spot clean carpets as needed
Dust all hard surface furniture, window sills, and blinds
Clean and mop all hard surface flooring, wax monthly
Clean entire bathroom facilities, dust, disinfect, sweep and mop
Clean windows/doors as needed
Empty and clean smoking receptacles at building exterior locations
Water flower beds as needed
Police office complex grounds and remove litter
Maintain supply list bi-weekly
High Cleaning 2 X a Year (Most Surfaces over 72").
Prepare and maintain Periodic CLNG SCHED (Duties/jobs that are done monthly and on semi-annual basis)
Operate Cleaning Equipment. a. Floor Buffer. b. Carpet Shampooing Machine
Shampoo Building Carpet in Office Space 2 X a YR.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: Prefer six months to one year related experience
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Other requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must currently reside in Bethel.
