Tax Manager

This position would assist in the management of tax department with primary focus being on federal and state tax compliance, preparation of financial tax provisions in accordance with FAS109, and managing special non-recurring tax projects for a large consolidated group with multi-state tax requirements.

Requirements
Four year undergraduate degree in Accountancy (Master in Taxation preferred). Five years corporate Tax experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or a medium to large multi-state corporation. Experience using tax preparation software preferred.
CPA desired but not required.
