Assists with client pitches and presentations.

Assists with all ongoing client development efforts and initiatives.

Updates master client mailing list.

Assists in the coordination of client events such as seminars and webinars.

Maintains group’s blog and manages all blog posts.

Monitors and updates the group’s Internet and Intranet pages.

Maintains calendar of 3rd party organization activities and track participation in those organizations.

Assists with financial reporting on both a weekly and monthly basis, and provides ad hoc reports as requested.

Assists partners with issues relating to client billings, invoices, collections and credit concerns.

Coordinates, assists in planning and provides follow-up support to practice group (and sub-group) meetings and retreats.

Oversees the maintenance of email and voicemail lists.

Assists in the development and maintain inventory of new matters, current workload and staffing assignments.

Assists with Knowledge Management Initiative/maintain repository of information.

Assists in coordinating inward-facing activities such as boot camps, breakfasts and retreats.
