Research, review and develop various agency and operating policies, procedures and forms, including but not limited to human resources, accounting, and risk management; Assist agency in analyzing agency departmental processes and make recommendation to improve paper and/or technological workflows; Conduct internal audits and risk assessments projects to assess compliance with numerous regulatory agencies; Conduct internal and external evaluations and surveys, including Customer Service:

Prepare written financial, statistical, and summary reports; and

Conducts other management and business special projects

Baccalaureate in a business related discipline

Experience in developing organizational policies

Experience in preparing statistical and summary reports
