1. College degree preferred. One (1) year of supervision experience in Help Desk activity required. Supervisory experience may be substituted with one or more years of experience in a lead role that included providing daily work direction to a team of Help Desk employees.

2. Three (3) years Help Desk experience with thorough knowledge of Help Desk procedures, customer service skills, PC familiarity, ACD familiarity, Call Center knowledge and other Help Desk tools required.

Job Description:
Infinity Insurance Company is currently seeking a Supervisor, Help Desk to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL. This position supervises the Help Desk personnel providing support to all internal and external customers. This activity should include responding to all user calls, monitoring the logging and tracking of problems, facilitating problem resolution and responding to the organization’s information needs in general including trend reports.
