Facilitates the work of the President and staff by performing secretarial and administrative duties.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least twelve months secretarial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Must be able to read and write legibly in English. Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Must be able to calculate math figures and amounts. Possess basic personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs. Ability to speak English effectively to individuals, customers, or employees of the organization. Work schedule may include working morning, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
