Duties:
Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store and establish their shopping interests and/or needs
Direct customers to the appropriate area(s) of the store based on the reason(s) for their visit
Communicate to associates throughout the store when customers are being sent to their areas for service
Conduct reverse greetings with customers leaving the store without having made a purchase
Skills:
Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner
Experience:
1-2 years of Retail Cashier and/or Sales experience preferred
