We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Analyst II that is responsible for the efficient day to day management of the maintenance spares activity at all Pack and Hold locations. The Logistics Analyst II monitors RMA shipments, keeps track of inventory, and provides customer service to achieve overall performance and operating standards. The Logistics Analyst II also provides budgetary, analytical and other support to the Denver Logistics Center Asset and Program Management teams. Objectives are achieved through immediate actions and/or short term planning by ensuring that maintenance spare resources are allocated appropriately to optimize operating cost and productivity. The Logistics Analyst II creates a teamwork environment that supports the values of cooperation among work groups and with other managers both inside and outside of the organization. Responsible for achieving maintenance spare productivity results, productivity reports, trend analysis, space utilization, inventory integrity, process documentation, equipment maintenance programs, safety and security.
Ensure compliance with procedures required to manage RMAs, maintenance spares, inventory, inventory stocking, inventory replenishment, material flow, and labeling.
Work with supply chain management groups to continuously improve the operating efficiency, accuracy and meet customer service levels with minimum capital investment,
Responsible for the efficiency of pack and hold maintenance spare operations, distribution of RMAs shipping labels and monitoring of RMA shipments.
Supervises all RMAs activity to ensure a high level of accuracy and timeliness; ensures the integrity of the perpetual inventory records by scheduling and coordinating regular cycle counts, and resolves problems through immediate actions for short term planning.
Responsible for developing and maintaining productivity reports, trend analysis reports, assisting the Asset and Program Manager with budgetary, analytical and other support; assisting in the development of business plans/budgets, invoice processing, and documenting internal processes.
AA, BA, BS degree or equivalent experience preferred with four to six years of warehouse operations or material management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of planning, shipping, receiving and inventory control activities. Prefer experience to be within large volume distribution centers.
Computer system knowledge-Windows with Microsoft applications are required (Excel, Power Point, Access and Word). An understanding of HRP warehouse management systems is preferred.
Demonstrated skills in organization, conflict management, and communications are necessary. Must have strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
