Operations Research Analyst
As a Supply Chain Operations Research Analyst at IM Flash Technologies, LLC, you will be responsible for improving business processes through development of decision support tools. Problems of interest include production planning and capacity optimization. You will be responsible for tracking relevant operations research technologies, prototyping applicable concepts and algorithms, and integrating these capabilities into new and existing decision support tools. This position requires the ability to interface heavily with business users to gather requirements, develop models and create prototypes that support their needs and to deliver solutions that are rapidly adopted by the business.
Master’s Degree in
Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
Systems thinking and the ability to determine the appropriate problem to address after observing planning operations. Ability to synthesize diverse information and propose a coherent solution.
Working knowledge through academic coursework with the following: proficiency in a computing language. Working knowledge through academic coursework with the following: mathematical programming (specifically linear and mixed integer programming)
Working knowledge through academic coursework with the following: database design and stored procedure development. Working knowledge through academic coursework with the following: simulation, statistics and mathematical modeling. Working knowledge through academic coursework with collecting requirements for Production/Logistic business problems.

Salary (Annual): $70,000-$80,000

Hours of work: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
