Our Executive Services area is looking for a professional Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders.

The person in this role:
Serves as an Executive Assistant to one or more Senior Officers. Performs advanced and varied administrative functions based on comprehensive knowledge of the organization.

Uses discretion and judgment in screening important visitors and telephone calls. Schedules all internal and external appointments and maintains Senior Officer’s calendars. Coordinates meetings, business functions, and all domestic and foreign travel arrangements.

Organizes and prepares materials for executive level meetings; ensuring all materials are properly compiled and delivered to all parties as appropriate.

Creates, proofreads, and edits complex or confidential correspondence; relays confidential information; maintains and organizes executive level information. Assists in completing reports and correspondence to Bank management, the Board of Directors, and officials in the Federal Reserve System.

Manages or assists in the management of related Department/Division’s Web sites including content coordination, site maintenance, project planning, writing and copy editing, and/or routine maintenance.

Provides administrative assistance for Bank activities such as the annual Board of Directors election process. Develops and administers contingency plans for the department/division.

Provides back-up support to other Executive Assistants.

May contribute to Department, Division, Bank, and/or FRS project teams and work groups by completing special assignments, studies, data collection, and analyses.

May serve as department representative to Bank for liaison tasks, including department safety, asset management, and information security liaisons.

Performs ad-hoc executive level assignments and projects as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4 or more years job-related administrative and/or secretarial experience.

Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
