Job Description: DDR4 Test Software Development
The Intern will work with PMO software engineers to write DDR4 test software and patterns for memory test on an automated tester, execute the tests, analyze and report results to Engineering. Software will be written to automate data extraction from log files and the results verified against device specifications. Characterization results are stored in a database which the intern will optimize for the memory technology.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
- Must be pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
9 months minimum duration
Knowledge required: The qualified intern will know how to integrate software modules written in C++ into an existing test program and be able to modify an SQL database to store test results
Skills: Python scripting, C++ programming, SQL Education: A Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science is required
