Location: North Slope
The Administrative Assistant II is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations. This position coordinates and implements office services, such as payroll processing, records control, data entry, filing, flights, billeting, equipment billing and housekeeping activities.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
§ Assist in preparing new employee orientation and training.
§ Review correspondence and answer inquiries concerning the administrative operations.
§ Assist in processing payroll.
§ Assist in processing equipment billing.
§ Maintain inventory for office supplies and computer software.
§ Perform research and cost comparisons for vendors to maintain cost effectiveness and quality.
§ Process flights and billeting for the company and its employees.
§ Maintain business related material, confidential records and important office files.
§ Maintain spreadsheets in Excel for company use, such as man power.
§ Provide meeting support including conference room scheduling, minutes, and other meeting logistics.
§ Provides information by answering questions and requests.
§ Prepare materials for meetings and training sessions.
§ Serve as a liaison for ongoing client/contractor matters.
§ Respond to staff requests for administrative support as required.
§ Manage minor issues with computer software/hardware.
§ Provide recommendations regarding office administration procedures and development of new systems to ensure effective operations.
§ Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
§ Order computers, software, user id’s, etc. from the client.
§ Support the zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.

Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of three years related experience or training required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
