Summary: We are seeking an individual with a passion for CCH’s mission to build and manage affordable housing where seniors live and thrive in the comfort of their own homes. We believe doing so is better for communities as a whole and the seniors we serve. To qualify, you must have experience with and demonstrated the following:

A track record of effective team building.
Experience setting and implementing organizational strategy and successfully managing through change and growth.
An understanding of the dynamics of an organization with multiple constituencies and interdependent interests; comfortably confronts and works through conflict.
The inclinations to listen, collaborate, educate, and work constantly toward common purpose coupled with the ability to act decisively in the absence of consensus.
A record of attracting, motivating, developing, and retaining excellent, diverse staff, providing them with a clear sense of direction, and then delegating effectively to them.
Sophisticated understanding of media, new information and communications technologies.
Successful leadership experience at a senior executive level.
Knowledge of a wide range of governmental funding sources for affordable housing including HUD, LIHTC, CalHFA, HCD, Section 8, & PRAC.
Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations; experience with compliance preferred.
Knowledge of property management including leasing, staffing, insurance and resident relations.
Knowledge of real estate finance including mortgages, loan terms, forecasting, budget development and monitoring.
Experience with or working knowledge of managing Finance, Fund-raising (Philanthropy), Human Resources, Technology and Administration at an organizational level.
