The ViaSat HRIS Team is super busy and is looking for a Part-Time Temporary - HRIS Admin/Support to add to the team.
If you are an excellent communicator and have great attention to detail - then this is the place for you.
You have experience working within an HR environment maintaining employee files, delivering various reports like New Hire, EEO, Payroll, etc., and supporting HRBP's with various tasks. You have an understanding of the hire to retire process flow and a general knowledge of HR principles. Your attention to detail comes in to play as you manage various types of documents, input data into Oracle for Focal reviews, online PANs, etc. Communication, teamwork and flexibility are key in this role. 1 + years experience in a similar HRIS support role
Hands on experience with Oracle or similar HR system
Knowledge of general HR skills
Experience auditing HR data for accuracy
Experience in filing paperwork and employee files
Ability to work and communicate within a team environment
High School Diploma or GED
US Citizenship
Preferences:
Experience with Oracle
