New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Behavior Specialist to implement the treatment plan for behaviorally challenged and emotionally disturbed individuals by providing individual and/or group support and intervention. This individual may complete assessments and evaluations, develop a plan and teach based on the assessment. The Behavior Specialist may also assist with the intake process.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in human services field
Documented training in behavior modification techniques required
Minimum of two years experience in behavioral management role required
Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
