Job Description

Implements the corporate SEO strategy and drives the day-to-day management and execution of all onsite and offsite factors of Performs daily analysis and measurement, and working with cross-function teams to perfect onsite optimization across all properties, and link development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages and executes day-to-day tactical execution of SEO strategies, including: Keyword research, analysis, and portfolio management, identifying growth opportunities. Manages the SEO company initiatives for multiple ecommerce website, multiple blogs and large social networking infrastructure for content optimization. Performs link acquisition and optimization. Manages and drives the evolution of SEO reporting. Develops and presents quarterly updates to leverage data to build insights about our SEO efforts and to demonstrate the impact of companys SEO investment over time. Invents, designs, tests, analyzes, optimizes, and scales ROI-positive SEO initiatives. Partners with cross-functional teams to drive SEO initiatives, including: E-commerce and User-Experience teams to optimize onsite content and internal links; Product Management and Creative teams to develop new keyword targeted content; Engineering and Web Development teams to improve underlying code base and information architecture; PR and Social Media teams to drive external link development. Coordination with PR, social media, partner, merchandising and product teams to maximize SEO value of initiates across the company. Complies with company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelors degree 2+ years of experience in SEO for ecommerce websites, web analytic suites, third party SEO tools, creating queries, and developing and implementing creative programs to encourage inbound linking 4+ years SEO experience Analytically inclined Self-starter and the ability to work independently in a small team Proven track record of optimizing e-commerce or large content sites for competitive head terms and long tail terms Ability to demonstrate and articulate a strong philosophy around onsite optimization Outstanding written communication and verbal presentation skills
