Due to our record sales growth and desire to expand into new markets, we are seeking a highly-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our innovative team of Associates.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new business relationships and sales opportunities within our existing customer base. Success will be achieved by effectively communicating the advantages of ESP’s top-notch customer solutions and product offerings through telesales and campaign activities.

Generate Profitable Sales and Solicits New Business Prospects

Maintain CRM for all Accounts, Prospects & Campaigns

Generate & Follow-up on All Quote Activity

Maximize Customer Satisfaction & Account Profitability

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field from an accredited College or University and 1-3 years sales experience including telesales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Poised communication skills including strong phone etiquette and an ability to develop rapport with decision makers at all levels of the customer’s organization

Demonstrated success understanding and responding to customer needs

Proven understanding of business terms, structures, and profitability

Technical experience is a plus
