WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Design and develop on-line/facilitated training to support a project or change in procedures and or systems. Attend meetings, document the plan, document training content, develop content, pilot content, deploy or facilitate training, and report training.
Facilitate virtual/classroom training sessions
Non-project communication, organize task, estimate and report project hours
Release Support – Attend User Acceptance Testing sessions, review changes discuss training needs
Support administration of Learning Management Systems
Self Improvement – attend webinars, on-line tutorials and conferences
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Expertise in Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, illustrator, flash, Captivate
Expertise in Certpoint Systems Content Creator or similar content management tool
Expertise in Camtasi
Expertise in all Microsoft products including Access, SharePoint designer and Publisher
Expertise in SharePoint administration and site creation
Understands business applications and has organizational knowledge
Understands and implements root cause analysis
Excellent problem solving skills
Good time management
Experience in the training field as a facilitator and designer/writer
Experience in e-learning development
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional / Educational Technology or Instruction Design a plus
