Description: Develop, maintain and implement current and long-range marketing plans for the brand. These plans include developing and implementing brand strategies, managing all business financials, and leading and managing the annual budget process. Manages company Brand Products Budget according to Marketing Department objectives satisfying promotional and advertising goals.

The responsibilities for this position are as follows :

Manage business decisions relative to brands and present brand strategies and activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting
·
Generate, prepare and deliver Sales Grid presentations to company’s management on a monthly basis
·
Manage and integrate consumer needs and wants into the product development process (formula or packaging changes or new products launches etc) to ensure timely completion
·
Identify impact of key competitive strategies and formulate course of action to counter competitive moves
·
Identify elements of the desired category products bundles, based on the brand/category strategy and analysis of available information.
·
Develop understanding and contribute to the management of the advertising development process.
·
Lead the planning of 360 degree marketing initiatives.
·
Manages Media Planning
·
Coordinate with Brand Accountants all expenses charged to brands assigned.
·
Assure that all products inventories are within the established company Sales projections
·
Generate, prepare and deliver presentation for new products, re-launched and line extension products of company clients
·
Approve and monitor promotional brands activities
·
Prepare Store-Check report to identify future opportunities for a better market position of company’s better products
·
Recommends company management action plans based on Market Studies to assure competitiveness of company’s better products
·
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
·


Bachelor

's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in product management, product analytics, or shopper insights.
· Expectation of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
