The candidate will provide support within the ASA Wireless Tier II team to manage weekend escalations, reduce long duration tickets, and focus on network performance .
Candidates will perform advanced troubleshooting which involves a DS1, DS3, and Ethernet services.
They will work directly with the local exchange carriers and be required to work weekends.
Candidates must fully understand DS1/DS3 theory and be able to troubleshoot difficult (chronic/intermittent) types of troubles.
They should have prior experience at advanced level NOC troubleshooting working with DS1s and be able to start with minimum training.
This requires an advanced level of troubleshooting so please do not submit candidates who cannot perform at that level.
