Qualifications Responsible for billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid for facility Review aging reports to ensure accurate billing. Responsible for cash collections and A/R goals of the facility Works with department heads to ensure compliance with all financial, regulatory and Company requirements. Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively. Must have three to five (3-5) years of experience in long term care setting in a billing/business office management position. Must be a team player! Only candidates with long term care billing experience will be considered.
