Client Services:

The expectation of FITCH client services is to:
  • exceed client expectation at all times
  • make the process of project management and delivery straightforward and easy for both the client and the agency
  • develop good everyday relationships with our clients to deliver a comfort that their account is being well managed
  • build strong strategic and business relationships in order to identify new opportunites and organically grow business from existing clients

Overview of Role:

To manage the smooth delivery of projects by acting as the conduit between client and FITCH. The Client Manager acts as support to the Client Director on key accounts and alongside managing and owning smaller projects / accounts

Job Purpose:

· Working as part of our client services team supporting the Client Director with the assistance of a Client Coordinator

· Responsible for the day to day delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget

· Playing an active role in supporting and contributing to new business development with both current and potential clients

· Focusing on the smooth management of the project process, ensuring clarity of requirements, deliverables, timelines and visibility against fees throughout the project life cycle

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership – contributing to the strategic development of all projects and demonstrating a full understanding of the brief, requirements and deliverables

· Client – being client facing, ensuring that the agency perspective is clearly communicated. Understanding and consolidating client feedback and ensuring it is delivered internally and formally via contact reports. Managing client expectations at all times with issues tackled in advance and problems foreseen and resolved

· Commercial – demonstrating the ability to prepare, or significantly contribute to, cost proposals with regards to defining the scope of work, preparing fees and timelines, as well as, scrutinising budgets. Taking financial responsibility for all aspects of projects including budgeting, tracking, ensuring POs are received, managing debtors and creditors, monthly invoicing and revenue forecasting

· Industry knowledge – maintaining a good understanding of the clients’ business and the major trends shaping the market

· Business Development – playing an active role in business development for new business and farming initiatives

· Networking – harnessing resources and developing relationships with counterparts across FITCH, WPP and the industry

· Creative – demonstrating sound judgement of creative work with the ability to coherently argue the case where work is considered off brief or in need of refinement

· Team approach – ensuring creative teams are fully briefed, have clarity on requirements and are provided with all supporting documentation

Professional and Technical Experience:

· Previous client side experience for a minimum of 3-5 years in the design industry or related creative industry

· Experience in 3D/environmental design process and in-store marketing preferred

· Proven ability of managing medium to large scale branding and design projects for both environments and brand communication deliverables

· Strong experience of engaging, developing and retaining client relationships

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills honed within the creative industry

· Logical, organized, eye for detail

· Team oriented within a framework of leadership

· Generation of project opportunities within existing clients

· Management of the dynamics between client and FITCH

· Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
