CHILD & FAMILY SERVICES DAY TREATMENT
TYPE OF WORK:
This position will provide therapeutic
services to youth with behavioral and
emotional difficulties in their educational
and home settings. Staff will work directly
with youth, as well as their families, to
identify needs, develop treatment
objectives, and provide strategies and
will work independently with clients but
will also be a member of a larger treatment
team in order to ensure progress and
continuing needs are addressed.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a
bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social
Work, Sociology, or other human services
field and at least one year experience
working with emotionally disturbed youth is
required. Candidates must maintain a valid
driver’s license, and the minimal vehicle
insurance required by law, and must maintain
a good driving record.
